I have always enjoyed working with people and have loved mentoring and coaching colleagues when I worked in the corporate world.
Prior to training as a coach I worked in the Financial Services Industry and have been very lucky to work for long periods of time in Dublin, London, New York and Sydney. Working with people from so many different cultures was a wonderful experience. Working in the corporate world really made me focus on how to communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures and levels of seniority.
My training offering is developed and focused on the training needs of the organisation be they a small company of 4 people to a large global organisation of 10,000 people.
